Great White: Unfair Predator

Some facts to consider before allowing a construction industry
predator like Great White Drywall Inc. on your project.

Martin Palasch: A Long History of Bad Judgment

This includes violence, substance abuse, and a repeated wanton disregard for the law and legal procedures.

Our review of the court record in Ada County alone has revealed a sordid past that makes Martin’s current missteps appear to be more of a chronic pattern of bad judgment rather than an isolated incident. We have also found indications of problems in other counties in Idaho, as well as with the Louisiana Department of Corrections that we were unable to research in time for this publication. Some people have the integrity and reliability to merit trust and some do not. As a construction user you should protect yourself by performing the due diligence in order to make an informed decision about any contractor’s responsibility before you permit them on your project. You don’t want the hopes and dreams that you have for your current project turning into your worst nightmare.

The attached court records and police reports indicate that Martin has been arrested and/or found guilty of fighting in public, battery, malicious injury to property, resisting arrest, possession of marijuana, driving under the influence, petty theft, and false personation (using someone else’s identity). So far Martin has been lucky, receiving only short jail sentences, work release, fines, and community service. The record shows a pattern of missed obligations arising from these charges.
