Martin Palasch Takes Money and Hides While Settling His Father's Estate

In 2002 Martin applied for the privilege to be the personal representative of his deceased father's estate. This position of trust and responsibility was awarded to him. Shortly afterward, in 2003, the State of Idaho filed a claim against the estate for over $18,000. Then in 2005, Martin and his wife Carolyn sold the property from the estate, failing to either pay the state any money towards this priority claim or account for the settling of the estate. In 2007 Martin's attorney petitioned to withdraw as his representative citing failure to respond to communications and over a thousand dollars in unpaid legal fees. Recently, court documents indicate that the State of Idaho is still trying to collect this unpaid debt and Martin still fails to respond.
