Is being shoved out the door and having your complaints ignored the kind of customer service you want?
A low bid price alone doesn't always make a good deal. Poor customer service can add high costs, both financial and emotional, to the final cost of completion. The Better Business Bureau has revoked Great White's Accreditation for failing to respond to a customer complaint and has reduced their rating to unsatisfactory.
One of Great White's customers, a small speculative builder, had their window intentionally damaged by a Great White employee. When this customer took a letter to the office of Great White he was physically pushed out the door. This customer went to court and obtained a judgment against Great White. This claim arose October 2007 and is still unsettled. Based on Great White's history, this claim will probably go unpaid until the plaintiff delivers a writ of execution to the sheriff and has it removed from Great White's bank account.
We all have better things to do with our lives than to settle old claims with people who can't be bothered to take care of their business.
